Successful applicants will be accorded with one of the following status, with the corresponding fees applicable:

Hosted Corporate Travel Manager: USD 150 (non-refundable)
Semi-Hosted Corporate Travel Manager: USD 150 (non-refundable)
Non-Hosted Corporate Travel Manager: Complimentary*

*All registrations are subject to validation by the Host Committee

 

Entitlements

• Entry to all CTW Asia-Pacific Conference Sessions

• Entry to IT&CMA Association Day Forums and Corporate Performance Forums

• Access to IT&CMA exhibition

CTW Asia-Pacific PSA (pre-scheduled appointments) and on-site networking session with exhibitors

Hosting Programme

Every year, IT&CMA and CTW Asia-Pacific organisers and host committee host a limited number of Corporate Travel Managers to the event.

In addition to the standard corporate travel manager entitlements,


Fully-Hosted Corporate Travel Managers Receive:

• Sponsored airtickets to/from Bangkok*

• Complimentary 4 nights* hotel accommodation during the event at one of the official hotels


Semi-Hosted Corporate Travel Managers Receive:

• Complimentary 4 nights* hotel accommodation during the event at one of the official hotels

As hosting places are limited, the criteria for hosting are stringent and are dependent on several factors including:

• Relevance of corporate travel manager profile to CTW Asia-Pacific
• Potential procurement value at CTW Asia-Pacific
• Past procurement and track records at CTW Asia-Pacific or any other comparable event

All corporate travel manager applicants will be validated for eligibility into the hosting programme.

• To be considered for hosting, interested corporate travel manager applicants simply need to register to attend the event.
• Please note that submission of application is not a confirmation of hosting. All registrations have to be validated by the IT&CMA and CTW Asia-Pacific organisers and host committee.
